The acquisition path results in the Seller receiving an offer for their business and Action Holdings acquiring a 51% or greater interest in a company with full control. Our most suitable targets currently generate between $100,000 and $300,000 in EBIDTA. Our best candidates are off-market opportunities for non-distressed assets with a 20%+ net margin, who are not in a rush to sell.
Let’s ConnectFor founders who do not want to exit, we offer an Equity Partnership (EP) path with the goal of pooling capital, skills, and resources to achieve greater business growth than would otherwise be possible. Equity Partnerships provide for up to 12-months of working together before entering an equity vesting agreement. Our equity requirements for the EP path range between 1% and 49% and typically last for 2-4 years. Our most suitable EP targets currently generate between $1M and $2.5M in revenue and have a minimum of $100,000 to invest in marketing and operations per year.

For founders who are not interested in an equity option, Action Holdings provides an advisory option for $24,000, inclusive of 12 1-hour advisory sessions with a member of Action Holdings leadership team, to be used within a 12 month period.
